June Updates

Its been a long while since i wrote anything here... i've even taken a break from photography. There are just too many things on my plate at the moment.

First off, we finally sold our house. After several months of sporadic marketing, we decided to accept one offer. We didn't want to wait any longer and the timing was just right. we could move by the next school holidays, our lock in period for our loan was about to be up, our tenant from the other place is ready to move out. With so many things falling into place, it just made sense to accept this buyer and move on with the next phase of our lives.

And hubby is away for a business trip so i'm the single mom with a car. Thankfully, i have good family support and there will be enough hands to ensure that the kids are well fed and sufficiently entertained during the school holidays...

speaking of holidays, its been a long time since we travelled (we've never travelled as a family of 5 before!) so i might have to find a place for us to spend our december holidays or perhaps for the next Lunar New Year.

i've also thinking about moving this blog to another online location. i do have my website up but its not exactly 100% completed. I've learnt so much just by doing my website and i've discovered that i'm actually a creative person... i've always LOVED art but never pursued it academically beyond secondary school. Photography found me after motherhood and now i've discovered my love for designing websites, CSS and photoshop. my upcoming project is to help my Father-in-law design a website and my lovely cousin Molly is also keen on getting her super popular blog to another level. Of course i can't say that i have much knowledge of skills but i love learning how to create websites.
