Declan's 2!

doesn't time just fly by....especially with 3 kids.... the focus is on them all the time. i know some might say that i should get my own life.. .but this is how i choose to be.....its challenging at times but i'm happy making sure that their needs are met before i think about mine.....


we spent the day with my parents, went for lunch at Sembawang Shopping Centre, then Daiso for gifts (the kids could choose anything they wanted at Daiso aka $2 shop!...sorry, i'm a mom on a budget) and we went back to cut the ice cream cake...

not sure why amber placed the "happy birthday" sign on Mickey's nose though.....

As usual, declan wasn't too thrilled about being in the limelight. We would sing "happy birthday" in English and he'd cry when we reached the part where sang "to DECLAN".. he was much happier with the Chinese version since his name wasn't mentioned and would join in and clap along....

well anyway,@ Carol, Yes, i switched sides and decided to try Nikon...the ISO is fantastic but i've been spoilt by my Canon Sigma 30mm 1.4 and i really dislike this Nikon 50mm 1.8 lens... I'M SO GOING TO SELL IT ! i'll choose something with f1.4 next!

@Fenni! yes, i'd be glad if you could ask your photography friends about the lens. but i think if they have been shooting for a while, they might already own this lens, or something that fits their needs already...how about you picking up photography and i could sell it to you :)
