Declan 22 months

Declan will be turning two in January. here's my boy sitting in a cafe with me. he doesn't smile for the camera but he is really a very affectionate and smiley boy.

i wanted to capture his favourite shoes at this point in time. he's just learning to talk and he says "doma taine" which he means "thomas train". i like how his toes are squishsed together and i also want to remember the scar left behind by a mosquito bite. its been months but the scar just won't disappear.

He is obsessed with his DVDs/vcds. he's constantly holding a couple of vcds/dvds. he even goes to sleep with them. yes, they are badly scratched and some can't be played but he's ALWAYS holding them..the first thing he says when he wakes up is "DEES!" when he finds that they aren't in his hands. and if you were hovering around us, you'd hear him say "nudist" quite a lot... he loves finding "nudist (new discs)" in the house!

oh.. and there's a funny rash on the side of his face....haven't checked that out yet...
